About

Melt-in-your-mouth carrots rich with white truffle flavor, a touch of brown sugar, and a crunch of flaky salt. An easy side dish that’s perfect for entertaining.

Instructions

  1. Peel carrots and slice into 1-inch coins if large or leave whole if thin.
  2. Place carrots in a large saucepan or Dutch oven and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until just starting to get tender, 8-10 minutes. Drain and return to pan.
  3. Add Epicurean Butter White Truffle Flavored Butter, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat until carrots are glazed and tender.
  4. Place carrots in a serving dish and drizzle with remaining glaze.
  5. Sprinkle with coarse salt and parsley and serve immediately.
