  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (3.5 oz.) tub Epicurean Butter Tuscan Herb Flavored Butter
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Epicurean Tuscan Herb butter pairs perfectly with salmon and wild rice in this flavorful Creamy Tuscan Salmon recipe. Celebrate the upcoming summer season with a fresh seafood dinner.⁠


  1. Cook wild rice according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in cast iron skillet over high heat.
  3. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  4. Gently place salmon in cast iron and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove salmon filets from pan and allow them to rest on the side.
  6. Wipe out skillet carefully.
  7. Turn down heat to medium.
  8. Add white wine and reduce by half.
  9. Add cream and heat to a boil, then turn down to a simmer.
  10. Whisk in Epicurean Butter Tuscan Herb Flavored Butter and salt.
  11. Turn off heat.
  12. Place ½ cup of wild rice on four plates, top with salmon, ladle sauce over each piece of salmon.
