Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
Roll the pizza dough out into a large rectangle. Spread about 2 tablespoons of Epicurean Butter Roasted Garlic Herb Flavored Butter evenly to coat the top of the dough. Sprinkle the cheese evenly on top.
Cut the dough lengthwise into six long strips, about 1/2-inch wide. Fold each strip in half over itself, then twist tightly and roll into spirals. Place the spirals on the baking sheet, making sure to tuck the ends of the dough underneath the spirals.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Brush immediately with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Serve with warm marinara for dunking.
