Oven-Roasted Vegetables

  • 3 cups of your selection of fresh vegetables, cut in equal size pieces
  • 2 glugs olive oil
  • 1 oz. of Epicurean's Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter or Lemon Garlic & Herb Butter

Any one of Epicurean's savory flavored butters will enhance flavor and finish of roasted vegetables. Today, we share with you, our method for roasting vegetables (of your choice) at home.


  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • Toss cut vegetables in olive oil
  • Place vegetables on a greased baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring about halfway through for even roasting
  • Remove pan from the oven and add your choice of savory Epicurean Butter and bake for 3-4 more minutes or until butter is thoroughly melted - Move vegetables to serving dish and enjoy!
