Oven Roasted Vegetables With Roasted Garlic Herb Butter

  • 3 cups of fresh vegetables, cut in equal size pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Epicurean Butter Roasted Garlic Herb or Lemon Garlic Herb Flavored Butter

Any one of Epicurean's savory flavored butters will enhance flavor and finish of roasted vegetables. Today, we share with you, our method for roasting vegetables (of your choice) at home.


  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Toss cut vegetables in olive oil and salt.
  3. Place vegetables on a greased baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring about halfway through for even roasting
  4. Remove sheet from oven and add your choice of Epicurean Butter and bake for 3-4 more minutes or until butter is melted. Move vegetables to serving dish and enjoy.
