  • 16 ea. jumbo shrimp, peeled
  • ½ cup amber beer
  • 3 Tbsp. tabasco
  • 3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (3.5 oz.) tub Epicurean Butter Lemon Garlic Herb Flavored Butter

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp in Cajun seasoning until well coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in cast-iron skillet over high heat.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 30 seconds and flip and cook just until pink.
  4. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
  5. Add beer, tabasco, and worcestershire sauce to pan, turn heat down to medium-high.
  6. Reduce liquid by half.
  7. Whisk in Epicurean Lemon Garlic Herb Flavored Butter.
  8. Add shrimp back to pan and warm.
  9. Transfer shrimp to bowls along with sauce in pan.
  10. Optional: serve with crusty bread and rice
