  • 1 extra large potato
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • ½ pound beef tips, cooked as desired
  • 2 large scoops of Epicurean Butter Garlic Parmesan Flavored Butter, divided
  • cheddar cheese, to taste
  • green onions, to taste
  • optional: green chili queso

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Poke top of the potato with a fork 10-12 times, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt & pepper, and bake until soft, about 30-60 minutes.
  2. Sauté beef tips in 1 scoop of Epicurean Butter Garlic Parmesan Flavored Butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt the second scoop of butter and pour it over the baked potato, add a handful of cheddar cheese, the beef tips, and top with green onions.
  4. Optional: Drizzle with green chili queso, if desired.
