  • 1 cup rum
  • Cinnamon sticks and ground nutmeg, for garnish

Making hot buttered rum is a whole lot easier when the butter includes most of the ingredients. This festive fall drink will warm you up.

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat water or apple cider. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  2. Place 2 tablespoons of Epicurean Butter Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Flavored Butter into each mug. Add ¼ cup rum, then top with ½ cup hot water or apple cider.
  3. Stir before serving.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and ground nutmeg.
