Ingredients

• 1 lb orzo

• 2 (3.5 oz) tubs Epicurean Butter Garlic Parmesan Flavored Butter

• ½ cup kalamata olives, chopped

• 1 cup red bell peppers, diced

• 1 cup artichoke hearts, roughly chopped

• 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

• ½ tsp salt

• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

  3. Add melted butter and all remaining ingredients to pot. Toss until evenly mixed.
