Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil in a kettle.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons Epicurean Butter Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Flavored Butter in a saucepan set over medium heat. Add oats and toast for 2 minutes.
  3. Add boiling water and salt and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Spoon into warm bowls and top each bowl with 1 tablespoon Epicurean Butter Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Flavored Butter. Garnish with berries and serve.
