Feel like you're at a restaurant with a hint of chili peppers and lime on these french fries.


  1. Preheat the oven to 450°.
  2. Cut potatoes into equal-size strips.
  3. Toss raw potato stips with enough olive oil and salt to lightly coat.
  4. Evenly spread on a baking sheet covered in tin foil and greased.
  5. Roast in oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Flip strips halfway through.
  6. Once potatoes are fully cooked, melt 3 tablespoons of Chili Lime Flavored Butter on the stovetop or in microwave.
  7. Toss the potato strips in a bowl with melted butter until evenly coated.
  8. Add more salt and butter to taste.
