  • 1 lb fresh pasta
  • 1-3.5 oz Epicurean Garlic Parmesan butter
  • 1 tbsp regular butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded

This Garlic Parmesan Brown Butter Pasta is a simple meal to add to your dinner rotation. It may even replace spaghetti and meatballs.


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In large skillet, heat Epicurean Garlic Parmesan butter over medium high heat.
  4. Cook the butter until you start to see little dots of brown.
  5. Then toss the pasta in butter until well coated.
  6. Place a tablespoon of regular butter in a frying pan over medium high heat.
  7. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry, season and cook to taste.
  8. Distribute pasta into four bowls, top with egg then black pepper, pine nuts, and parmesan cheese.
