Any one of Epicurean's savory compound butters will enhance flavor and finish of roasted vegetables. Today, we share with you, our method for roasting vegetables (of your choice) at home.
3 cups of your selection of fresh vegetables, cut in equal size pieces
2 glugs olive oil
1 oz. of Epicurean's Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter or Lemon Garlic & Herb Butter
Preheat oven to 375°
Toss cut vegetables in olive oil
Place vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes
Remove pan from the oven and add your choice of savory Epicurean Butter and bake for 10 more minutes
