Oven-Roasted Vegetables

Any one of Epicurean's savory compound butters will enhance flavor and finish of roasted vegetables. Today, we share with you, our method for roasting vegetables (of your choice) at home. 

Oven-Roasted Vegetables with Butter Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Yield: 4 servings

Oven-Roasted Vegetables with Butter Recipe


- 3 cups of your selection of fresh vegetables, cut in equal size pieces
- 2 glugs olive oil
- 1 oz. of Epicurean's Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter or Lemon Garlic & Herb Butter


- Preheat oven to 375°
- Toss cut vegetables in olive oil
- Place vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes
- Remove pan from the oven and add your choice of savory Epicurean Butter and bake for 10 more minutes
