Breakfast is a glorious thing. Perfectly poached eggs on a toasted English Muffin and blanketed in smooth hollandaise sauce. Crunchy, yeasty Belgian Waffles covered in real maple syrup. Buttery biscuits and sausage gravy. Custardy French Toast and fresh fruit.
Breakfast can also be pretty basic and occasionally mundane. Toast with jam. A bowl of cereal. A bagel with a smear of cream cheese. Last night’s leftovers. A cup of coffee with a quick splash of creamer on the way out the door.
Here’s the thing. Breakfast can be glorious AND basic; especially when you roll out of bed to a fridge stocked with Epicurean Butter. Epicurean makes it possible for you to eat gloriously without setting your alarm any earlier.
These are some of our favorite ways to make breakfast better with butter every day.
Pancakes with Maple Syrup Butter. All of the flavor of butter and syrup without all of the sugar. And while you're at it, make breakfast sliders with Maple Syrup Butter and cooked bacon placed between two small silver dollar pancakes!
Crepes with Caramel Sea Salt Butter. Make crepes (you can freeze these and heat them up later), spread with butter, and sprinkle with powdered sugar—nothing better.
Bagel with Roasted Garlic Herb Butter, Tomato, and Avocado. Toast a bagel, as usual, spread with butter, and top with slices of fresh tomato and avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Oatmeal with Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Butter. Boost the flavor of your oatmeal with a swirl of butter once the oatmeal is cooked.
Black Truffle Butter Eggs. Treat yourself to scrambled and fried eggs cooked in truffle butter.
Eggs Benedict with Lemon Garlic Herb Butter Blender Hollandaise. Top an English Muffin with poached (or fried) eggs, sliced ham, and this easy blender hollandaise. Just be sure to use Epicurean Lemon Garlic Herb Butter for the best flavor.
Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake. This is one of our longtime favorites. Make it the night before and eat it all week long. Find the recipe here.
