Have you met the founders of Epicurean Butter, John and Janey Hubschman? When they founded Epicurean Butter in 2004, they started it with a love of butter and a plan to bring their high-quality finishing butter to professional and home kitchens across the country.
Over the last 12 years, they’ve built a company that has won multiple awards, including a Gold sofi in 2016, and have grown into a large manufacturing facility North of Denver. Along the way, they’ve been joined by a handful of talented, hard-working, and passionate butter lovers who contribute to Epicurean’s continued success everyday.

“Presenting our line of sweet and savory butters to potential customers is so much fun. I love hearing how Epicurean Butter has made butter better. Sharing the endless ways our butters can be used to enhance steaks, seafood and vegetables is the most enjoyable part of my job.
Though I love each and every one of our finishing butters, shrimp bathed in the Lemon Garlic Herb butter served over pasta is one of my favorites when I need a quick preparation meal. This time of year I love a bit of Cinnamon Brown Sugar butter in a warm sweet potato.”

My favorite Butter is Chili Lime on corn on the cob. I apply it directly to the corn and wrap the cob with aluminum foil and grill it on Medium high for about 10 minutes.”
