Serve Caramel SeaSalt Butter and Make Your Friends Say “Ooooh.”
We’re not ones to brag, but we’ve seen time and time again how people react to our butters, especially some of our more aromatic flavors…like Caramel Sea Salt Butter (which is now discontinued).
A few Saturdays back one of us here at Epicurean Butter made a French toast casserole for friends. She heard several of her guests say, “oh, that butter smells so good” as the butter melted on their dish.
With such a rave review of the butter that got us thinking about all the ways you might serve up Caramel Sea Salt Butter. Below are a few serving suggestions from our kitchen.
Make a Memorable Weekend Brunch with Caramel Sea Salt Butter
In addition to Caramel Sea Salt Butter on French toast there’s much more you could do with your breakfast. In fact, it seems as though Caramel Sea Salt Butter was meant for breakfast. Try serving the butter on
Warm fruit like moderately cooked apples or pears.
One more for the morning…coffee! One tablespoon of butter in your coffee will not only add a nice flavor, but it will also give you a dose of healthy fat. A perfect way to start the day.
Caramel Sea Salt Butter Holiday Serving Ideas
As the holidays approach, consider including Caramel Sea Salt Butter in the mix. The flavors of the butter correspond nicely with many seasonal foods such as
Savory pumpkin dishes as well as pumpkin pie and breads, and
Hot, crusty bread.
Now brunch and holiday spreads aren’t the only occasion for Caramel Sea Salt Butter. You could also experiment with snacks and desserts as well.
Just keep in mind that Epicurean Butter recommends you use our compound butters at the finish. In other words, cook up your dish and allow the butter to melt on the plate. This way you’ll get the true flavor of the butter and the chance to say, “oooh, that smells so good.” And, if anyone asks, licking the butter knife is always allowed.
